sometimes I wonder about the stupidity of man, my own being the most obvious and annoying of all. As I sit and think about what I have and have not learnt about life during my 24 years, it is the complete and total lack of time appreciation that boggles me the most. Apparently, despite having learnt how to tell and understand the concept of time at an early age, my brain has yet to process the actual physical use of it in real life. When do we grow up and start to acknowledge that time is fleeting, and that the best solution to all mans problems is a quick crash course in time management? That alone could be the thing that saves our planet from overheating (people would get a better understanding of the idea of Time Is Running Out Folks, Letīs Act Now Rather Than Later!), cause more people to vote (with realising that NOT voting causes more trouble and inefficiency than actually getting out of the body-shaped hole in the sofa and doing your damn duty as a citizen!) and create more bedroom romance than anything else in the history of man (with realising ones limited time and space on the planet, perhaps we would be more inclined to fuck around a bit more, safely ofcourse). So as an idea to whomever it may concern regarding schools around the world, why donīt you just scrap history lessons, and give the kids what they need to handle their impending futures, namely time management skills!
